Ready-made items and Etsy products from the VeyrasPath shop are purchased directly through Etsy's own checkout.

Message through the contact page, Etsy messages, or an approved public social or messaging account. An enquiry that starts on Etsy stays on Etsy for communication, checkout and payment — it does not move to PayPal. Vinted is mainly used for ready-made products rather than custom commissions. Submitting an enquiry or form does not automatically create a contract or reserve a commission slot — a booking is confirmed once I accept the request and the required payment is received.

Every customer receives a final quote, in PLN or EUR, before work begins. Commissions of 100 zł or less are paid in full in advance; larger commissions require a 50% booking payment, with the remaining 50% due before the final files are delivered. Purchases made through Etsy, and any enquiry that starts on Etsy, stay on Etsy and use Etsy's own checkout and payment methods. PayPal is only used for direct commissions arranged separately, outside Etsy, and isn't currently offered through the contact page since an independent contact route isn't set up yet.

Prints and stickers are available in A6 and A4 (A5 or other custom sizes up to A4 may be possible depending on the project), on materials including matte and glossy photo paper, kraft paper, and matte, glossy, clear or holographic vinyl sticker paper. Finishing options include lamination, rounded corners, holographic overlay and Cricut-cut custom shapes. See the custom prints page for the full list.

Send a 300 DPI PNG, JPG or print-ready PDF — the original exported file rather than a screenshot, correctly cropped and free from unwanted watermarks. The recommended minimum size at 300 DPI is 1240 × 1748 px for A6 and 2480 × 3508 px for A4, with about 3 mm of bleed for edge-to-edge printing.

Yes. Every custom print includes one digital proof and one small correction before printing. Once the proof is approved and production begins, changes are no longer possible.

Estimated order-to-dispatch time is 2–5 working days for a standard custom print, 3–7 working days for a laminated or custom-cut order, 5–10 working days for larger or more complicated orders, and 5–14 working days for handmade standees, pins or mixed custom orders. This time starts once the file has been checked, the proof approved and payment received, and ends when the completed parcel is handed to the shipping carrier. Shipping and transit time are additional and depend on the destination and carrier.

Orders to Poland usually go with InPost or DPD, including pickup-point delivery where available. European destinations are shipped with tracked DPD or another available courier, and other destinations are considered individually when a suitable tracked service is available. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination, parcel size and selected carrier.

Yes. The studio is smoke-free, but some parcels may include lightly scented or perfumed paper. If you're sensitive to fragrance, just request fragrance-free packing before ordering.

A Shih Tzu dog lives in the home, so customers with severe allergies should take this into account.
