File requirements

For best results, files should be:

  • 300 DPI
  • PNG, JPG or a print-ready PDF
  • The original exported file rather than a screenshot
  • Free from unwanted watermarks
  • Correctly cropped
  • Large enough for the requested print size

Recommended minimum size at 300 DPI:

  • A6 — 1240 × 1748 px
  • A4 — 2480 × 3508 px

For edge-to-edge printing, include approximately 3 mm of bleed on every side. Transparent PNG files are recommended for stickers and custom-cut shapes.

Low-resolution, heavily compressed or enlarged images may appear blurry or pixelated — I'll let you know if a file looks unsuitable before printing. Printed colours may also differ slightly from how they appear on a phone, tablet or monitor.

Proof approval and production

Every custom print includes one digital proof and one small correction before printing. Once the proof is approved and production begins, changes are no longer possible. A reprint caused by incorrect information or files supplied by the customer must normally be paid for again, subject to applicable customer-protection rights.

Prints are produced on an Epson EcoTank L8160 and finished with a Cricut Maker 4 where cutting is required. Production begins once the file has been checked, the proof has been approved and payment has been received.

Estimated order-to-dispatch time

  • Standard custom print: 2–5 working days
  • Laminated or custom-cut order: 3–7 working days
  • Larger quantities or complicated products: 5–10 working days
  • Handmade standees, pins or mixed custom orders: 5–14 working days

These ranges start once your file, proof and payment are all confirmed, and end when your completed parcel is handed to the shipping carrier. Shipping and transit time are additional and depend on the destination and carrier.

Shipping

Each print is packed carefully and protected for transit. Shipping carriers depend on the destination:

  • Poland: primarily InPost or DPD, including pickup-point delivery where available
  • European destinations: tracked DPD or another available courier
  • Other destinations: considered individually when a suitable tracked service is available

InPost and DPD are preferred over Poczta Polska. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination, parcel size and selected carrier; tracking is provided when the service supports it.
