Art commissions

Digital and physical artwork made just for you, from first sketch to final delivery.

Digital commissions

A standard digital-art commission includes:

  • One finished high-resolution illustration
  • PNG and/or JPG delivery
  • Approximately 300 DPI when suitable for personal printing
  • A transparent-background PNG when appropriate
  • A smaller web-friendly version when needed
  • A sketch preview before final rendering
  • Progress updates for larger commissions
  • The final unwatermarked file after full payment

PSD, Clip Studio Paint or other editable source files are not included unless agreed and priced separately. A physical print can be added for an additional quoted price.

Physical commissions

A physical custom commission includes:

  • One digital layout or proof for approval before production
  • The approved handmade item
  • Protective packaging
  • Careful preparation for shipping

Because each product is handmade, small differences or minor handmade variations may occur.

How to request a commission

Requests can be submitted through:

  • The contact page
  • Etsy messages
  • An approved public social or messaging account

Vinted is mainly used for ready-made products rather than custom commissions.

An enquiry that starts on Etsy — including Etsy messages — stays on Etsy for communication, checkout and payment. PayPal is only used for direct commissions arranged separately, outside Etsy, and an independent contact route for that isn't set up on the website yet.

A useful request includes:

  • Commission type
  • Character or subject references
  • Pose and expression ideas
  • Outfit information
  • Preferred background
  • Number of characters
  • Intended personal or commercial use
  • Approximate budget
  • Preferred deadline
  • Any physical print or merchandise options

The commission process

  1. Request

You send your request and references.

  2. Review

I review the idea and confirm whether I can accept it.

  3. Quote

I send a final quote with the included revisions, usage terms and estimated turnaround.

  4. Booking

You accept the quote and make the required payment.

  5. Sketch

    I prepare the sketch.

  6. Sketch approval

You review and approve the sketch.

  7. Artwork

I complete the artwork, with progress updates when appropriate.

  8. Final payment

    Any remaining payment is completed.

  9. Delivery

You receive the final files, or approved physical production begins.

Submitting a form does not reserve a commission slot. A booking is only confirmed once I accept the request and the required payment is received.

Proof approval and revisions

Digital commissions

Included revisions currently cover reasonable adjustments during the sketch stage, plus one small correction during the colour or final-preview stage — for example an expression adjustment, pose correction, accessory change, colour correction or fixing a misunderstood detail.

Large changes after sketch approval are not included, such as completely changing the pose, replacing the outfit, redesigning the character, changing the entire composition or adding another character. Major late-stage changes may need an additional fee, and further revisions requested after final approval and delivery are charged separately.

Custom prints and physical products

Custom prints include one digital proof and one small correction before printing. Once the proof is approved and production begins, changes are no longer possible. A reprint caused by incorrect information or files supplied by the customer must normally be paid for again, subject to applicable customer-protection rights.

Usage rights

Copyright stays with veyra.art unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Personal use is included in the normal commission price. You're welcome to use the artwork as a profile picture, share it on personal social media with credit, use it as a personal wallpaper, print a personal copy, or keep it in a private collection. Reselling, redistributing, claiming the artwork as your own, heavily editing it, removing credit, or using it for AI training, NFTs or business promotion is not permitted without written permission.

Commercial use is not included in the standard price and must be agreed before payment. Pricing starts from guideline ranges rather than fixed fees — the final licence price depends on the business size, product type, quantity, duration, territory and requested rights, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment

  • Every customer receives a final quote before work begins
  • Quotes are given in PLN and EUR
  • Commissions of 100 zł or less are paid in full in advance
  • Larger commissions require a 50% booking payment, with the remaining 50% due before the final unwatermarked files are delivered
  • Work begins only after the required payment is received
  • Purchases made through Etsy, and any commission enquiry that starts on Etsy, stay on Etsy and use Etsy's own checkout and payment methods
  • PayPal is only used for direct commissions arranged separately, outside Etsy — an Etsy enquiry does not move to PayPal
  • Shipping is charged separately for physical products

The booking payment reserves your place in the queue and is normally non-refundable once work has begun. Full cancellation terms are set out in the separate commission or custom-order contract, which is shared with you before any work begins.
